20 things you need to just let go

Imagine that you are flying in a balloon. The basket just you and your luggage. Then something went wrong, you began to rapidly lose altitude. You wrecked in less than ten minutes, if you do not think of what to do.

We become attached to things and thoughts that have been saving for years, and just do not notice how they hang on us a load, making it difficult to move forward.
