Calbuco - an active volcano in the Andes in Chile.

The volcano is located to the south-east of the lakes Llanquihue and the north-west of Lake Chapo is on the western slope of the Main Cordillera in Los Lagos. It refers to a stratovolcano. The height of 2003 meters. Located in the National Reserve Llanquihue.

April 22, 2015 around 18:00 local time ( 21:00 GMT) began the next eruption could be seen impressive mushroom cloud of ash and smoke from the red sunset. Column of ash rose to a height of 10 km. Calbuco is considered one of the most dangerous volcanoes in the world. He was last eruption was seen in 1972.
