Very similar to the meat in French, but I made a few changes in the preparation of this dish!

We need:

I usually marinate meat in advance, it is better to leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

Marinade like this: salt, spices, and 1 tbsp mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup.

1 large onion

2 medium tomatoes

few mushrooms

200 grams of cheese


1. Onions and tomatoes cut into slices, mushroom slices, cheese, three on a coarse grater.

2. torn off a piece of foil, put on his meat.

3. Put the meat onion rings.

4 tomato slices.

5. Mushrooms.

5. Wrap in foil and put on the grill or in the oven for 50 minutes at 200 deg.

6. Carefully uncover the foil.

7. Each piece sprinkled with grated cheese and put in the oven for another 20 minutes.
