Energy bars with nuts, figs and cranberries
- 150 g of a mixture of nuts
- 150 g of dried cranberries
- 16 dates, pitted
- zest of half a lemon
- 1 tsp coconut
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop.
- The mixture was put in the pan, covered with cling film and rolled with a rolling pin.
- Remove baking in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
- Cut the mixture into strips and wrap each bar in the parchment.
