Energy bars with nuts, figs and cranberries

Ingredients:

  • 150 g of a mixture of nuts
  • 150 g of dried cranberries
  • 16 dates, pitted
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp coconut

Preparation:

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and chop.
  2. The mixture was put in the pan, covered with cling film and rolled with a rolling pin.
  3. Remove baking in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
  4. Cut the mixture into strips and wrap each bar in the parchment.
