I want to share your favorite and trusted recipe preserve flavor and color of fresh greens.  

This is sooo comfortable, no salt in the recipe and freeze does not need anything. In general, open the jar, and there ... summer!






Olive oil (or vegetable)


Greens wash and dry on a towel. Grind the blender or finely chop with a knife. Transfer the mixture to a dry emerald jar to "coat hanger" and fill with oil.

Mix gently so that the oil has flowed to the bottom of the jar. Store in the refrigerator on the coldest shelf.

I did not specify the ingredients amount of greenery, it's a matter of taste. And need so much oil to pour into the jar is completely green.
